Notes from a Defeatist - Joe Sacco
My friend loaned his copy of 'Notes from a Defeatist' by Joe Sacco. My first Joe Sacco read was 'Safe Area Goražde'. That too was loaned to me. Still rememeber, it was a hard cover -- personally signed by the author himself. The only Joe Sacco work I own right now is 'Palestine'...superb, cutting storytelling from the other side. But I intend to own more of his works in the near future.
